    • Winner, UK PropTech Association (UKPA) Special Achievement Award, 2022
    • Winner, 2020 UCEM Harold Samuel Research Prize (£15,000); PI on the project “PropTech Education Integration Framework”
    • Fully funded PhD by the School of Real Estate and Planning, University of Reading. This included an annual 100% tuition fee discount (£16,000) and £15,000 living stipend (total sum of £93,000).
    • Africa Scholarship Winner 2015 for School of Architecture, Design and Built Environment Studies, Nottingham Trent University, UK. This was a 50% tuition fee discount of £6,000.
